Hi Folks! 

It has been one heck of a 2020 so far, hasn't it? 

I have all kinds of feelings about the current events, but don't really have the words to express such complex things, and I honestly don't feel my professional blog is the place to be political or divisive. But, I do agree that we should all be able to disagree without being divided as a people. I think that is what has saddened me the most. I have seen so many friends part ways over differences of opinion, well meaning posts quickly spiral into a place to spew vitriol and frustration. 

We are surrounded by so much negativity, I hope to bring only positive things and smiles across your screens.

This past weekend, I enjoyed both solitude with hubby at our camp in Gravois Mills, and shared some laughter on the water with friends. I also took my macro lens out for a spin to see what I could see, and to try and shake the dust off of my macro skills. Not an easy feat with a hand-held camera and blowing wind!!
