Poetry in Motion sessions are limited to 3 participants for each date and time block scheduled. This is to ensure that each dancer has enough individual attention and variety of images to select from, as well as have time to rotate out for breaks, snacks, wardrobe change, inspiration, stretching, etc. Sessions are approximately 3 hours in length.

Booking fee of $300 is required to hold your spot. $100 of this booking fee will be applied toward your product order. As dates fill up, more will be added, and will be filled by  contacting those on the waiting list. Spots will not be held without full payment of booking fee.

Given the very limited number of spaces available for each date, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Client no-shows, and cancellations within 48 hours of session date will result in a forfeiture of booking fee minus intended product credit.
